Gilda has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As co-founder of Emerald Masonry and Construction, Gilda has played an intricate role in developing Emerald Construction into a premier general contractor with its Shell and Masonry divisions serving the South Florida Region. Responsible for overseeing all company operations with regards to company human resources, operational budgets, financial management, and corporate office management. She ensures that all payables and receivables are accounted for, and hires qualified personnel when needed to ensure the company operates smoothly.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career in brick masonry, he quickly adapted to the demands of the South Florida marketplace and created the Emerald Masonry and Construction Companies. With his deep intricate knowledge in estimating, scheduling, and hands-on construction knowledge, Mark has been driving force behind the growth of company. Responsible for overseeing all company operations with regards to client relations, oversee support for field operations, and financial management. Using a hands-on approach, he ensures that the project controls are in place in ensuring all quality and safety standards are met.

Ramiro over 15 years of experience in the construction industry serving the South Florida Market, and has completed over $150 million of construction projects. Client base has varied from private to public entities. With the majority of his experience in Construction Management he always ensures that his clients receive the highest return from their investment with regards to cost, quality, and time. Responsible for overseeing all company operations with regards to estimating/bidding, client relations, oversee support for field operations, and financial management. Ramiro believes in the team mentality and is unwavering in pushing the entire team to perform above and beyond their own as well as the clients’ expectations.
